Can I change or cancel my order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order, however we will need to be notified within 24 hours, as we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations. For more information, please visit our returns page.

  

Will all the parts be sent in one order?

Tuff Ryderz will generally combine all items into one delivery. Sometimes, we will have to ship your items in multiple orders, depending on stock.  We will notify you if this is the case.

 

Do you accept Afterpay?

Yes, we do.

Do you offer layby?

For this type of service, we recommend our customers use Afterpay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards will be available to purchase through the website however in the meantime, please email us and we will arrange a custom solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Tasmania for us is still part of the mainland 😉, however at this stage, we unfortunately do no ship outside of Australia . For New Zealand  customers, we may be able to offer shipping at an additional cost and free shipping would not apply in this circumstance.
