Let’s keep it simple

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Providing you have a receipt or proof of purchase and the good/s are unused with their tags attached in original packaging, you can return your product for a store credit, exchange for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

The customer is generally responsible for the costs associated with returning the product, whether returned by post or in-store. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Change of Mind & Wrong Size
If you have changed your mind or found the product cheaper elsewhere, we are unable to provide a refund but can happily facilitate a store credit or exchange. To exchange for a similar product with a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. In instances where the exchange is with a similar product with a lower price, Tuff Ryderz will facilitate a refund of the difference in price to the same payment method used at time of purchase.
If you have simply ordered the wrong size, please contact us so we can help facilitate an exchange. 
Please note, if you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase or the items are not in an unused, saleable condition, we are unable to provide you with a change of mind or wrong size return or exchange.
Clearance Items
Please choose carefully when purchasing items designated as a clearance item, as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item may be provided.


Faulty products

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we can either:

  • Repair;

  • Replace;

  • Refund;


Before any of the above can be actioned, Tuff Ryderz will first need to inspect the product. If it is not your fault, we will not charge for returns. We might have to send it back to the manufacturer, but we will work with you in good faith to make sure you are not disadvantaged.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, Tuff Ryderz will not provide a refund, replacement or repair.
